Pensacola rallies for Supertouch Vintage store owner after household fire
The Pensacola group is rallying around the operator of a common midcentury home furnishings store and his spouse just after they misplaced all the things in a property fireplace early Monday early morning.
Zach Keaton, 30, and his lover Elizabeth Edmondson, 27, were sound asleep in their a few-bed room rental residence off Lillian Highway in west Pensacola, close to Perdido Essential, when Keaton woke up just previous 2 a.m. to thick black smoke filling their bed room and an orange glow on the other side of a sliding glass door.
Figuring out quickly that it was a hearth, Keaton jumped out of mattress, wondering he could place out the flames himself, but by then, it was considerably too late.
“He imagined we could get it under manage, but then he was freaking out,” Edmondson recalled Tuesday morning, standing inside the crumpled pile of twisted steel and wood that utilized
